Honey (organic, chestnut)
This is, hands down, my favorite honey and I use it every morning, drizzled on my oatmeal (or yogurt) at breakfast. I fell in love with this honey, years ago, after a trip to Tuscany. It's not cloyingly sweet and is made from organic chestnuts. Although I've linked to only one jar, I actually buy a case of 6 jars each time. I'm embarrassed to tell you how many cases I go through each year!... I don't usually cook with this honey-but you certainly could. When a recipe calls for heating honey, I usually just use a more ordinary kind (like clover honey). I save this, the really good stuff, for when wanting to savor its specialness.
