Wooden oblong set by Bread Bosses
Here's an oblong set. Flour is liberally and evenly rubbed into the interior of the basket (or onto the cloth) and the raw, shaped dough rises inside, bottom-side-up. After use, don't wash the interiors, just bang out any excess flour. Before each use, bang again and use a pastry brush to remove any dried, caked on flour as you can-then, before inserting bread dough, reapply fresh flour.
