Large, unfinished rectangular wooden board (at least 3 1/2 feet long by 2 feet wide) for kneading and rolling pasta and bread dough. Having a wooden surface is essential if you want to make bread and pasta. The link provided is for a board that is reversible so the opposite side could be used for chopping vegetables.
