To make a larger boule, here's a 10-inch basket. Flour is liberally and evenly rubbed into the interior of the basket (or onto the cloth) and the raw, shaped dough rises inside, bottom-side-up. After use, don't wash the interiors, just bang out any excess flour. Before each use, bang again and use a pastry brush to remove any dried, caked on flour as you can-then, before inserting bread dough, reapply fresh flour.
