Pizza pans (15-inch, non-perforated) by American Metalcraft, Inc.
When making free form pizzas or when serving pizza baked on perforated pans (see above), you'll need to also have some solid pizza pans, for serving. (Slicing pizza on a perforated pan will make a mess of your tablecloth!) If you plan on making pizza for a crowd, I suggest owning at least two of these pans.
