Lame (bread dough scorer) by Mure & Peyrot
This tool is "a handle" that holds a razor blade with the purpose of scoring unbaked bread dough, just before baking. You'll need to have a supply of replacement blades. Rinse the blade after each use and carefully pat dry with paper towel. Wrap in a dry paper towel and store in a labeled bag in an out of the way drawer. If necessary, sharp kitchen scissors or a serrated knife can be used as a substitute for a lame/razor.
