OK, so I have used a brand of enamel-coated cast iron pots for many years and, truthfully, they've become so incredibly expensive that I can't link to them! Having said that, I consider this type of pot an essential, especially if you like braised dishes. And, since most braised foods are so freezer friendly, I suggest owning more than one size.
