Cornmeal sweeper (called a masonry brush) by DQB Industries
Essential if you bake ethnic sheet breads directly on a hot stone or sheet of quarry tiles. When baking successive batches of bagels, French rolls, or free-form loaves or pizzas, this small, short-handled broom will quickly sweep any cornmeal or seeds off the stone before preheating for your next batch. (Hold a baking sheet under the outer rim of the oven to catch the crumbs.)
