Cookie cutters (fluted, hearts) by Mercer Culinary
I'm very picky when it comes to cookie cutters-and I've collected many over the years. Although I've, at times, been forced to use flimsy ones made of thin metal, the only cookie cutters that do a good job at cleanly cutting through cookie dough are either without seams or with very tight seams. Flimsy cutters not only lose their shape quickly but the dough tends to collect in the seams, which detracts from the cookie's shape and also makes the cutters more difficult to clean.
