Canisters (airtight) by Click Clack
For the "basic" kitchen I suggest having a few airtight canisters, but you will need more if you choose to make your own dry mixes in bulk (and I hope you do!). If you decide to become an active baker, you will need even more canisters to store different types of flour and meal.
