Wood-roasting parsnips and potatoes, brined and then marinated pork chops grilling over wood, bok choy, sautéed with thinly sliced garlic on the stove-top (separate ribs from leaves- sauté ribs first in olive oil with garlic and, when softened, add sliced leaves. Toss and cook just till leaves are wilted and tender- salt, pepper–good to go. Great dinner.
