Oh, even in a snow storm, i continue to cook!! Here is a loaf of sourdough onion rye for snowy day sandwiches. First photo is of the loaf rising in a sling. Second is the loaf risen and ready for what comes next: slashing, glazing and topping with whole caraway and coarse salt. The next is “ta-dah!”
