Meatballs don’t have to be simmered in a red sauce! Think thanksgiving gravy- but scale up, quantity-wise and use beef stock. Served here with roasted pearl onions and over brown rice and peas. (And meatballs don’t have to be browned first, either…) Might not be the prettiest on the block but sure was delish
