Mango had recently stopped sleeping by the kitchen, which has been her favorite spot- listening to the sounds of cooking and baking, all throughout the day. I noticed that the bed she had been sleeping in had, over time, become very flat-with little cushion. She’s going to be 13 and her body, I’ve noticed, has new sensitivities- I bought her this new bed and replaced the old one, in her usual spot.
