Just toasted fresh bread for our thanksgiving stuffing. Once cool, it will go into the freezer until the day before I assemble. Why don’t I use stale bread in stuffing (or anything else…)? Because it tastes stale. If wanting to make dried bread cubes (or breadcrumbs) go to my site
