Isn’t it interesting how, even when tired, certain types of physical exertion feels so replenishing? It’s so, so important to find your bliss- And It doesn’t have to be an activity thats very physical- Bliss is where (when) your mind doesn’t wander and when there’s no place else in the world you’d rather be. Bliss is when you feel grateful for the feeling of stretching, even when there’s an accompanying ache, whether physical, cerebral or emotional.
