I just made this pasta dough in the small “designated prep spot” in my dining room, in hopes of feeling better. Kitchen construction is like a very slow-dripping faucet. (Dough: 2 cups 00 flour (plus more, as needed, for kneading), 2 extra large organic eggs plus 3 extra large yolks, rounded 1/2 teaspoon fine (non-iodized table salt), several grinds of black pepper.
