I know that summer is over and it’s time to gear up for the holidays- We work out in summer, when our bodies are more visible- As the weather cools, we start layering- covering up- slowing down physically, simply because being outdoors isn’t as comfortable. Many will join a gym now, in hopes of avoiding winter (holiday-food) weight. The question “how fit are you” has to do with another kind of fitness- both kinds need and deserve our focus and commitment all year long.
