Grano arso cavetteli, alla panna (butter/roux based chicken stock sauce-with shallots, thyme and a touch of cream and a generous dose of grated Reggiano-topped with sautéed and simmered broccoli rabe, hot cherry peppers, garlic and chicken stock- (I had toasted pine nuts but forgot to add!!😖) Very delicious
