For an incredibly savory bite, take the skin from your roast turkey or chicken (chilled or not), slice and roast in a preheated 375 oven on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes- till sizzling. Let sit out of oven, on rack, to become crisp ( just a few minutes). Crumble in a salad, add to a sandwich or just eat as is. #incrediblefood
