Blueberry muffins. I sprinkle the tops VERY generously with a delicious sugar-toasted nut-spice mixture that I keep in the freezer. The cold temperature of the topping (which is heat-sensitive) helps to elongate the time it can spend in a hot oven so the tops can get crisp and a deep golden color-without burning.
