    the holidays are approaching and i am determined to bake my own pie and turkey and to use my LeCreuset 5.5 and 7.5 pots for stew. Oh and i have to give making pot pies a try and freezing them for the week too! Pretty ambitious huh?

    If you have a moment i have some random questions for you:

    What is the secret to cooking with Le Creuset enameled cast iron without having anything stick to it?

    Could you recommend a gluten free flour and/ or pastry flour for pie shells ,or, general baking needs, that taste delicious?

    Have you ever used any dairy substitutes for eggs, and milk with any success, in baking?
