Metro Bis restaurant in Simsbury, Connecticut was delighted to have Lauren Groveman host a cookbook dinner on Thursday, May 3rd at 6:30 p.m. featuring recipes from her latest book, The I Love to Cook Book: Rediscovering the Joy of Cooking for Family and Friends, and wines from Beaulieu Vineyards. The event was a great success.
