I suggest you make 50 copies of one of the lists provided. Although both lists are detailed, the first is highly specific. (Read through both lists and decide which one is more appropriate for your household.) Using the star system, you should always know what you need, preventing you from ever running out of anything (thus keeping those mad dash trips to the market to a minimum). If you use one "running" list per week, 50 copies should give you almost a one year’s supply.
1. Print either shopping list by first clicking anywhere within the shopping list page.
2. Next, click the "print" button on the toolbar.
3. You may then close the pop-up window.
